I’m Suju, a self-taught artist currently based in London. I work primarily with the mediums of drawing, painting and tattooing.
I began learning to handpoke tattoo in 2019 and started to use machine in 2021. Over the years I have become more and more dedicated to the craft, and I hope that the great care I give to the tattoo process, as well as my continual committment to learning and growth, is evident in my work.
Tattooing has historically functioned as a means of telling stories of culture and identity. I acknowledge the spiritual significance of the craft, and work with a gratitude for every individual for trusting me to bring a vision into reality.
